You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.  Seller must be informed immediately of the examination’s result by email or by fax. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giardiasis, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy.  The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.           

 Buyer agrees to complete infant vaccination series and annual boosters.  Buyer also agrees to provide all needed vet care, quality nutrition, and a safe environment.  ANY AND ALL VET EXPENSES ARE THE RESOPNISBILITY OF THE BUYER.  Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.   Buyer accepts full responsibility for common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stool, internal parasites, coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites, and other minor problems which are not covered in this guarantee. 

There are certain disorders that may be caused by “environmental” factors.  I.E. allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, mite related illness, ringworm and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.  

 Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. 

Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia, and other infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc.  They are also venerable to viral infection including PARVO and CORONA virus.  Any and all of the above mentioned minor problems need to be checked by a vet if they occur and the vet’s advice for treatment should be followed.  Puppies can also get dehydrated very quickly if vomiting or diarrhea occurs.   Watch your puppy closely for any signs of illness and quickly seek veterinary attention.  There is no guarantee on these conditions.  They can be Fatal if not treated quickly.  Minor problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by any guarantee.  SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS THAT HAPPEN AFTER THE PUPPY LEAVES THE SELLER.
